Responsibilities
- Diary Management: Scheduling and managing appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
- Administrative Support: Handling correspondence, preparing documents, and managing files and records.
- Travel Arrangements: Organizing domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Personal Errands: Managing tasks such as shopping, reservations, and coordinating personal commitments.
- Event Coordination: Planning and organizing events or meetings, ensuring all logistics are flawlessly executed.
- Liaison Duties: Acting as the first point of contact and liaising with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Providing additional support as required to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A proactive and adaptable attitude with a keen eye for detail.
